M.I.E.T Engineering College was established by the Mohamed Institute of Education & Technology Society, Tiruchirappalli in the year 1998 with an objective to promote the cause of higher education.  The College is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.  It is recognized as a Muslim Minority Institution.
